Acceptance
By using HandoffHQ, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
Service description
HandoffHQ provides shift handoff, task, issue, and workplace memory tools for small teams. Features may change as the product evolves.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of workplace data you enter and for ensuring team members have permission to store that information in the app. Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or confidential information you are not authorized to share.
Data ownership
You retain ownership of your workplace data. You may export data from Settings or request deletion by contacting support.
Billing & trials
New workplaces get a one-time 14-day trial with Pro features. There is no free forever plan. One trial per payment card — a new login with the same card does not unlock another trial. Normal ($19/location) and Pro ($39/location) are for one team each. Business ($79/mo total, 3 locations included) is for owners managing multiple workplaces. Extra locations +$15/mo each. Pricing may change with notice.
Availability
HandoffHQ is provided as-is. We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update features, pricing, and these terms with reasonable notice.
